By adding this guarantee to your reservation, you’ll be entitled to a full refund of your ferry ticket, with only 15% retained as a service fee — exactly as described in our official Terms and Conditions.
Unlike an insurance policy, Travel Guard is a voluntary and ancillary service that simply extends the refund flexibility offered by ferry operators. It allows you to book your trip with confidence, knowing that if something unforeseen occurs, you won’t lose your entire fare.
Add Travel Guard when booking your ticket – or within 24 hours after purchase, provided that your departure is at least 48 hours away.
Cancel your trip if an unforeseen, documentable event occurs – such as illness, injury, work-related changes, serious property damage, or a vehicle breakdown.
Submit your refund request – simply follow the instructions in the My Booking section or contact our dedicated Travel Guard team.
Receive your refund – you’ll get back the full ticket amount, minus a 15% management fee, within the timeframe specified in the Terms and Conditions.
